2. Height of building has to be kept under or up to 28ft for plot sizes up to 6000 Sq ft and 38 ft for bigger ones.
3. Exterior architecture has to be as per European design.
4. Layouts and exteriors design has to be approved through us.
5. Proposed layout plans is available on website and brochure.
6. Individual concrete boundary walls are not allowed beyond 3ft
